CHEMICAL REAGENTS FOR THE OIL & GAS AND MINING INDUSTRIES
Our company adheres to the principles of a responsible drilling approach, ensuring high efficiency and safety at every stage of the project.
Our Contribution to Drilling Safety
Our mission is to ensure safety and quality at every stage of operations. Stim Services strives to achieve high standards in occupational safety and environmental protection. Drilling fluid systems are individually selected according to the geological and operational conditions of well construction and are laboratory tested.
Water-Based Drilling Fluid Chemicals
Polymers – various types of polymers used as fluid loss reducers, encapsulators, and stabilizers for drilling fluids based on fresh, seawater, and medium to highly mineralized (up to saturated) water systems.
Applications of polymers depending on composition:
- reduce fluid loss and improve filter cake quality
- encapsulate drilled cuttings, coating them and borehole walls with a protective polymer film, increasing wellbore stability
- prevent hydration of clay particles
- regulate rheological properties of drilling fluids, ensuring carrying and suspension capacity

Clay Inhibitors – prevent hydration of clay particles. Clay inhibitors can be supplied in either liquid or dry form, depending on composition.

Bactericides – broad-spectrum liquid biocides designed to prevent bacterial degradation of organic components in drilling fluids, such as polysaccharides.

Lubricants – designed for oilfield applications to reduce drilling fluid friction coefficient, increase rate of penetration (ROP), and reduce the risk of pipe sticking. Lubricants reduce friction of BHA components, cuttings adhesion to equipment, and wear of circulating system elements.

Lost Circulation Materials (LCM) – used in drilling operations as additives in drilling and cementing fluids to prevent or reduce fluid losses in pores and fractures of the formation.

EQUIPMENT
Our company provides solids control equipment in accordance with high technical standards, ensuring efficient and reliable field operations.
Shale shakers are linear motion vibrating screens with two motors designed for fine particle separation in the drilling industry. The modular design ensures operational flexibility. All equipment is coated with special anti-corrosion and abrasion-resistant protection.

Desander and desilter hydrocyclone units represent the second and third stages of drilling fluid cleaning, separating solids by centrifugal force in a spiral flow. Particle removal range: 15–400 microns.

Centrifuges with bowl speeds up to 4000 rpm provide high-efficiency removal of fine solids (down to 10 microns). They are ideally used as the final stage of solids control on drilling rigs.

Filtration units are dual combined filtration systems designed to remove solids and/or adsorb hydrocarbons from fluids using replaceable filter elements, cartridges, or filter bags. Contaminants are captured and retained while the fluid is purified.
